How to prepare Meat Magic Cutlet for Filipino meals or ulams:
1. Boil a big batch with salt + 1/2 cup vinegar for 10 minutes
2. Rinse with cold water
3. Squeeze out the water and dry with towels
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the smell is gone
5. Marinate in soy sauce, vinegar, tocino/tapa seasonings, etc
6. Fry until golden brown prior to adding to saucy dishes like #veganadobo #vegancurry etc
7. Freeze unused prepared Magic Meat
